Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our support team within 15 days of receiving your order to report any issues or request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Document Damages
If your items arrived damaged during transit, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging to help us expedite your replacement.
- 3.Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to avoid processing delays.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your corrected awards at no extra cost.
